Bishop Quintin P. Jordan
March 1961 - January 2026

     Quintin P. Jordan was born through the union of Edward and Millie Jordan on March 3, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He accepted Christ at an early age at St. John A.M.E. Zion church.

As a member his activities included children’s and adult choir as well as being an acolyte until he graduated from high school.

   

     In 1980, he attended Livingstone College and received his B.A. in Music Education. Then taught in North Carolina before returning to Ohio in 1986.

   

     In 1984, during his tenure at Livingstone, he accepted his calling into the ministry and was filled with the Holy Ghost in China Grove, North Carolina. He was licensed and ordained in the A.M.E. Zion Church and in 1987 moved to Las Vegas, Nv. to teach in the Nevada School district.

     In April of 1996, Quintin founded Living Word A.M.E. Zion church. In addition to the church, he started the Biblical Success radio broadcast through KKVV 1060 am for 4 years debt-free. He also started the Living Word Home Counseling agency certified by HUD and the Biblical Success Evangelistic Ministries which was the educational arm connected to the community college of Southern Nevada. As a growing ministry, his was one of the sponsoring churches for the Benny Hinn evangelistic ministries in Las Vegas, Nv.

     

     In March of 2012 Bishop Jordan (then Pastor) became a co-pastor at Judah Sanctuary of Praise in Middletown, Ohio under the leadership of Chief Apostle Keith J. Brooks, where Pastor Jordan (then Sis. Chisholm) was already an active member holding offices such as Apostle’s secretary along with many other positions. Shortly after Pastor Quintin joining Judah, he and Sis. Ramenia were married.

     

     On March 9, 2014 in a ceremony officiated by Apostle Brooks, they were ordained into the offices of Bishop and Pastor.            

     On March 16, 2014, still under the spiritual guidance of Apostle Brooks, they officially opened the doors of Second Chance Christian Center in Dayton, Ohio.      

     

     In September of 2015, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, they walked away from the traditional ministry and SCCC became a without walls ministry. They can be found in various communities of Dayton ministering to anyone desiring to know about the love of God and Jesus and actively working with other ministries and community programs to help improve our city. Bishop and Pastor also began holding services every third Sunday evening at 5:30 at Maria Joseph Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

   

     In March of 2016 they launched Second Chance Radio with a weekly message on Dayton Local Station WSWO 97.3.

   

     In November of 2017 they became the morning voice of WGJM 97.9 Praise FM with the daily show Quintin and Ramenia In The Morning.

   

     In September of 2018 they switched Second Chance Radio to the National/International Wilkins Radio Network where their message can be heard and their listener dedication spanned not only throughout the United States, but parts Canada, India, Bolivia, Africa, Mexico and Russia as well.   

    

     In April of 2019 they launched The Quintin and Ramenia Show on DATV in Dayton, Ohio.    

     

      In, March of 2021, after the passing of their Spiritual Father Apostle K. J. Brooks, Bishop and Pastor Jordan and the Second Chance Christian Center organization by the leading of the Holy Spirit became members of the Cathedral Of Restorations Evangelistic Global C.O.R.E.G. under the leadership of Apostle Amos L. Horton Jr. 

    

     In September of 2021 Second Chance Christian Center Ministries became Second Chance Christian Center Global Ministries, which to date, through the Second Chance Radio broadcast and Podcast has a following in 122 countries!

   

     In September of 2025, Second Chance Radio join the Family Broadcaster Corporation Radio Network in South Bend, Indiana. 

   

     In January of 2026, Our Beloved Bishop went home to be with the Lord.
